Our Story
Tim DeLude’s path into wastewater management started with a deep-rooted passion for both environmental responsibility and Cape Cod’s natural beauty. Over his years at Nauset Disposal, where he served as Operations Manager, Tim gained a hands-on understanding of waste management operations and what genuinely excellent customer service looks like. But it was his connection to the Cape’s fragile, beautiful environment that pushed him to make a bigger impact.
After years of serving the community, Tim saw an opportunity to combine his expertise with his commitment to protecting the region’s water. To address the growing threat of wastewater pollution — especially the nitrogen and phosphates overloading the Cape’s aquifer and waterways — he founded Shore Things Environmental, LLC and assembled a team of seasoned professionals who shared his vision.
That vision is simple: give Cape Cod homeowners and businesses practical, cost-effective wastewater solutions that also protect the water supply everyone here depends on. For Tim, it was never just about running a business — it’s about preserving the beauty and vitality of the place he calls home.
