Tim DeLude’s journey into wastewater management began with his deep-rooted passion for both environmental responsibility and Cape Cod’s natural beauty. Having spent much of his career at Nauset Disposal, where he held the role of Operations Manager, Tim developed a keen understanding of waste management operations and the importance of exceptional customer service. However, it was his connection to the Cape’s pristine environment that inspired him to make a bigger impact.

After years of serving the community through waste management, Tim recognized an opportunity to combine his expertise with his commitment to protecting the region’s water resources. With the goal of addressing the growing challenges of wastewater pollution—particularly the risks posed by nitrogen and phosphates—he founded Shore Things Environmental, LLC. Tim assembled a team of seasoned professionals who shared his vision for providing environmentally conscious wastewater solutions.
